Which house rental sites are available for people with allergies?
AUSTIN, Texas (AP) When you’re looking for a rental house or condo in Texas, you’re going to have to take a look at the big, red box on the street.
That’s the “Bounce House” sign at the edge of town, where the property is located, and is available to rent.
There are three kinds of houses available for rent: 1) condos, which are large single-family homes with bedrooms and bathrooms, which can cost as much as $1 million, but are not available for long-term rentals 2) townhouses, which have two-bedroom apartments with a kitchenette, laundry room and a backyard, and are available only for short-term stays 3) single-story homes, which offer one bedroom apartments with kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.

It’s the latest sign of a trend in the city of Austin that’s slowly gaining steam.
Bounce Houses are becoming more popular in the wake of a boom in short- and long-stay rentals that have popped up around town.
In a few years, the number of Bounce Houses will grow to about 30 to 40 per year, said Steve Smith, who oversees the city’s rental market.
Austin is a growing destination for short stays.
The city’s population grew from about 50,000 residents in 2011 to more than 90,000 in 2018.
And the city has been growing in size at an exponential rate.
Austin is now the second-most populous city in the United States, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
But its growth has been slower than many other cities, especially compared to other big cities, according a recent report by the Brookings Institution.
While it’s easy to get a house, Austin is a tough place to live if you have allergies, Smith said.
People with chronic illnesses and allergies can be more difficult to get around, and there are more people with a disability who cannot afford a home.
In Austin, the city government has made it easier for people who have allergies or asthma to find homes.
The state passed a law that requires that people with severe allergies be evaluated by a healthcare provider before renting a home in Austin, Smith added.
When a house or apartment is available, you can call the Bounce House office at (512) 847-3878 to rent for a short or long-lasting stay.
If you have an allergy to mold or mildew, you’ll need to call the local health department to get tested for the allergy and the home has to meet certain other requirements, Smith noted.
Smith said the Bounce Houses website offers a listing of available houses and apartment complexes in the Austin area, including one in the Loop neighborhood that’s available for $1,500 a week.
He said people can also find information on the Bouncehouse site on how to rent short- or long-, temporary stays, and how to get approved for a home, whether it’s a townhouse, condo or a condo.
This is a developing story.
